Privacy Policy

This privacy policy describes how Robert Tucker ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects personal information in connection with recruiting and business communications, including SMS, email, and phone outreach to licensed real estate professionals.

Information we collect

Name, mobile phone number, email address, brokerage affiliation, and public licensing information.
Records of our communications with you (SMS, email, call notes, meeting outcomes).
Information you voluntarily provide during recruiting conversations or meeting bookings.
When you connect your Gmail account to RosterOS, we access your Gmail message threads involving contacts in your RosterOS pipeline, the read and unread status of those messages, and Gmail labels applied to outreach sequences. We do not access, read, or store email messages outside of your active RosterOS contact conversations.

How we use information

To send transactional and conversational SMS related to scheduled meetings (e.g., day-of confirmations).
To follow up on conversations and recruiting discussions you have agreed to participate in.
To coordinate calendar bookings, in-person meetings, and other agreed-upon contact.
Gmail data accessed via the Gmail API is used exclusively to display inbound email replies within the RosterOS contact timeline, synchronize message read and unread state between RosterOS and your Gmail inbox, and apply organizational labels to emails sent through RosterOS sequences. Gmail data is not used for any other purpose.

SMS / text messaging program

Robert Tucker (Coldwell Banker Realty — Columbia Midtown, 1711 Gervais St, Columbia SC 29201) offers an SMS program consisting of day-of meeting reminder texts and conversational replies to people who schedule a meeting through our booking form at cal.com/rosteros/ and affirmatively check the optional SMS consent box. We do not send SMS to anyone who has not actively checked this consent box.

Mobile information collected: your mobile phone number and a record of your consent (opt-in) to receive text messages.

How mobile information is used: solely to send you day-of meeting reminders for meetings you have booked and to reply to messages you send us. Mobile information is not used for any other purpose.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Message frequency: Message frequency varies. Typically one message per scheduled meeting plus any conversational replies.

Message and data rates may apply. Standard carrier rates from your mobile carrier apply to messages you send or receive.

Opt-out: You can opt out at any time by texting STOP. After you send STOP, we will confirm your unsubscribe status and no further messages will be sent. For assistance, text HELP or contact robert@roberttucker.com.

Opt-in: Consent to receive SMS is obtained when you book a meeting through our scheduling form at cal.com/rosteros/. The form requires you to check an unchecked box agreeing to receive a day-of SMS reminder at the mobile phone number you provide. We do not send SMS to anyone who has not actively checked this consent box.

Email

Email communications are sent from robert@roberttucker.com and are typically initiated after a verbal or written agreement to further contact. You may opt out of email at any time by replying to any email or contacting robert@roberttucker.com.

Data sharing

We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share mobile information or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We share data only with the following subcontractors providing support services, strictly to deliver the communications and operate the platform you have agreed to interact with:

Twilio — SMS delivery subcontractor and phone-number provisioning
Google — email delivery subcontractor (Gmail API) for messages from robert@roberttucker.com
Supabase — encrypted database subcontractor for contact and conversation records
HighLevel / GoHighLevel — CRM and pipeline management subcontractor
Vercel — web application hosting subcontractor

These subcontractors process information only on our behalf and are contractually prohibited from using it for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

Data retention

We retain contact records and conversation history for as long as is operationally useful or as required by applicable law. You may request deletion of your information at any time by emailing robert@roberttucker.com.

Gmail message metadata (sender, subject line, timestamp, read status) accessed through the Gmail API is retained only as long as your Gmail account is connected to RosterOS. When you disconnect your Gmail account via RosterOS Settings → Integrations or by revoking access at myaccount.google.com/permissions, all cached Gmail data is deleted from RosterOS within 30 days.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time. To exercise these rights, contact robert@roberttucker.com.

Google API Limited Use Disclosure

RosterOS's use of information received from Google APIs, including data accessed via the gmail.modify scope, is limited to the following purposes and is compliant with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Providing recruiter CRM features. Gmail data (message threads, read and unread status, labels) is accessed solely to display inbound email replies within the RosterOS contact timeline, synchronize read state between RosterOS and the recruiter's Gmail inbox, and apply organizational labels to outreach messages sent via RosterOS.
No advertising use. Gmail data is never used to serve advertisements, for retargeting, or for personalized or interest-based advertising of any kind.
No AI training. Gmail data is never used to train machine learning models or AI systems, whether operated by RosterOS or any third party.
No data sales or transfers. Gmail data is never sold, rented, or transferred to third-party data brokers, advertising platforms, or information resellers.
No human reading. Individual email content is never read by RosterOS employees or contractors except as required by law, for security incident investigation with your affirmative agreement, or as necessary to comply with applicable legal requirements.
Retention. Gmail data displayed in RosterOS is not stored on RosterOS servers in a persistent email archive. Message metadata (sender, subject, timestamp, read status) is cached only as necessary to power the conversation view and is deleted when you disconnect your Gmail account from RosterOS.
User control. You may revoke RosterOS's access to your Gmail at any time by visiting Google Account Permissions and removing RosterOS, or by disconnecting Gmail in RosterOS Settings → Integrations.
